BotsGalaxy provides the following services:

• Pre-built Telegram Bots: Ready-to-deploy bot solutions for various business purposes
• Custom Bot Development: Tailored Telegram bot solutions based on client requirements
• Bot Customization: Modifications and enhancements to existing bots
• Technical Support: Assistance with setup, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Maintenance & Updates: Ongoing support and feature updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Monthly Subscription License:

• Grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the bot
• Valid for the duration of your active subscription
• Does not include source code access
• Terminates upon subscription cancellation or non-payment

Lifetime License:

• Grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the bot
• Includes source code access for customization
• Includes all future updates and improvements
• May be used for commercial purposes
• Reselling requires separate reseller agreement

Usage Restrictions:

• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the bot without authorization
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code (monthly license)
• You may not use the bot for illegal or fraudulent activities
• You may not remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels

Pricing:

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
• Lifetime licenses are one-time payments
• Custom development is quoted individually

Payment Methods:

• We accept credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency
• Payment must be received before service delivery
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Billing:

• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing cycle
• No refunds for partial months of service
• Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance

Our Commitment:

• We strive to provide high-quality, functional bot solutions
• We will make reasonable efforts to ensure uptime and performance
• We will provide support and assistance as outlined in your plan

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not responsible for third-party API changes or downtime
• We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements
• We are not liable for any data loss or security breaches beyond our control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotsGalaxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service
• We are not responsible for losses due to user error or misuse
• We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure events
• We are not responsible for third-party integrations or services

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities
• Not abuse, harass, or harm others through the service
• Not overload or attempt to disrupt our systems
• Keep your payment information up to date
• Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

All content, features, and functionality of our bots and services are owned by BotsGalaxy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• The BotsGalaxy name and logo are our trademarks
• You may not use our trademarks without written permission
• Custom developed bots: You own the rights to your custom requirements and data
• We retain rights to our underlying code and frameworks

You may terminate:

• Monthly subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle
• Your account by contacting us directly

We may terminate or suspend:

• Your access immediately for violation of these terms
• Your service for non-payment or fraudulent activity
• Your account if you engage in abusive behavior

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Lifetime licenses remain valid unless terminated for cause.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services:

• We encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue informally
• Most disputes can be resolved through good faith negotiation
• If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation
• You agree to waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
